We use your information to operate the PottyOps platform, process payments, provide customer support, send service-related communications, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted production database servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and access controls. You retain ownership of all operational data you enter.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, you may request full data export and deletion. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles payment data subject to their privacy policy. We use Resend for transactional email delivery. We do not share your operational data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You can manage account settings within the platform or contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
