1. Acceptance
By using PottyOps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description
PottyOps provides operational software for portable sanitation businesses. Features include customer management, asset tracking, dispatching, billing, reporting, and optional AI-assisted tools.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use PottyOps. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PottyOps for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the service to store or transmit illegal content, infringe on others' rights, or disrupt the platform.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the operational data you enter into PottyOps. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.
7. AI Features
AI-generated outputs are recommendations only and require human review before action. AI features are provided “as is” and may produce inaccurate results. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before applying them to business operations.
8. Limitation of Liability
PottyOps is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, you may request data export within 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
